Shareable social media creative was developed for new employees to announce their role and celebrate joining U.S. Bank as part of a broader brand refresh. The goal was to create a brand-safe, social-first system that felt personal and celebratory while remaining scalable across roles and teams.

I designed modular templates using affirming messaging and adaptable layouts to translate the refreshed brand into an employee-driven format. The final assets enabled consistent, accessible sharing at scale and extended the brand refresh organically through employee participation.
